We do understand that orders are sometimes placed in moments of excitement. Upon receiving your order request, our delivery partner will get in touch with you. If you wish to cancel your order at that point, simply inform them. For online prepaid orders, we'll issue a store credit equivalent to the order value (excluding shipping charges) that you can redeem anytime.

We encourage you to notify our delivery partner about any cancellations when they contact you to confirm the order. Once this confirmation is done, cancellations won't be feasible and unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for orders declined during delivery.

Upon order placement, our delivery partner will contact you to confirm your order, address and estimated delivery time. If you're unavailable at the confirmed time, we will reschedule the delivery for a more suitable and agreed-upon time. In the event that no one is present to accept the order on the second delivery attempt, we will regrettably have to cancel your order and provide a store credit for future use.

If you happen to encounter any discrepancies with your order despite our fulfillment center's exceptional 99.9% accuracy rate through its fully robotic system, please don't worry. To resolve the issue, kindly reach out to us at care@mudraayurveda.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Remember to include your original order number and attach a picture of the missing, wrong, or defective items. Ensure that the product remains unused, and retain the original packaging, invoice, and labels until our team reviews the matter. Rest assured, we will promptly respond with a suitable solution or replacement to make things right for you. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
