Returns & Exchange

Each individual’s constitution and skin type is unique, so we highly encourage you to take your time and review the product details and ingredients to uncover any potential sensitivities as we do not accept exchange or returns.

Your happiness is our highest priority and if you receive any wrong or damaged product, we will happily replace or accept its return with a full refund of your original purchase price. All such return or exchange requests must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product and please note the following:

• Kindly send us the picture of damaged or wrong item with complete details including order number within 24 hours of receiving the product by contacting us on care@mudraayurveda.com or +971 58 5870087.
• Products must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened or not tampered with and in original packaging.
• All return and exchange requests are subject to evaluation of the issue and will be personally handled by our team to make it right for you.
• Please note no refunds are entertained if there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping partner and/or if the package is refused by the recipient.
