It's a great product, but please stop telling people to put it in smoothies. I'm left wondering if the person who wrote that copy on the back of the packet has even tasted triphala. Just because it's made of fruit doesn't mean it's tasty. For most people, triphala is not an enjoyable flavour. It smells like a barn and tastes sour, bitter, and astringent. It's best taken in water on its own. Not everything needs to - or should - go in a smoothie.
