How to use
To exfoliate: In your hand or small bowl, add 1/2 a scoop of powder & mix with water to create a light paste. Apply to damp skin with your fingers, massage gently using upward circular motions. Never scrub or drag your precious skin. Rinse well with tepid water.
Create a rejuvenating & hydrating mask: Mix 2 scoops of exfoliant with water & organic avocado, yogurt or milk. Leave for 10–20 mins. Use this time to relax placing your mind on the breath, releasing any fears & worries. Spritzing with aromatic hydrating mist keeps mask active. Gently remove with tepid water.

French White Clay
White Clay works as a gentle exfoliant, removes dead skin cells, clarifies and brightens skin, and reduces pore size. This makes white clay face mask the perfect pre-makeup mask for smooth foundation application. It also works to gently draw out dirt, oil and grime from deep within the pores.
Ashwagandha
In Sanskrit - Ashwagandha (अश्वगन्धा)
Ashwagandha can be used as a rasayana or rejuvenator which shields the skin from the harmful effects of UV rays. Considered a superfood for skin, Ashwagandha deeply cleanses, moisturises, calms and adds a natural glow to the skin.

Antioxidant-rich spice that brightens complexion, fights signs of aging, soothes inflammation, and enhances skin's natural radiance.
People often feel that if their skin is dry or rough they need more moisture. However, what the skin may actually need is exfoliation. If we over-moisturise without regular exfoliation, dead skin cells start to buildup creating what feels like dry skin. Your skin sheds cells at the rapid rate of one million per hour, therefore Ayurveda prescribes gentle cleansing with herbal ubtans twice daily – morning + evening, enabling the skin to completely regenerate itself within approximately one month.
